IELTS stands for International English Language Testing System. The examination itself is separated into four modules: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Unique Language Training is a centre of excellence for the teaching of preparation courses in this area.
This is split into three sections but the academic tests and general tests can differ. You are allocated 60 minutes of time.
To prepare you for this part of the test, you will look at various reading materials in class and in your own time and be required to do various exercises based upon them.
In the academic module, the test taker has to describe a chart of some description in the first section and in the second section you have to write a short essay. In the general module, the test taker writes a letter in section one and an essay in section two.
Our tutors' experience of advising you on how to pass the writing part of IELTS is wide. We offer hints and tips for succeeding in all sections and will check your test papers and offer feedback on where you went right and wrong.
The listening test is only played once and is split into four sections. Our language instructors utilise a number of different exercises to get you into shape for IELTS Listening.
There is only one way to prepare thoroughly for the IELTS Speaking Test. Unique Languages will simulate the test environment and the test itself to ensure that you are ready for it.
This part of test is separated into three sections. In the first section, candidates may be asked about their personal situation. In the second section, test takers speak on a given subject for one minute. In the third section, there is a discussion between the examiner and the candidate.
